However I think it is important to clarify the difference between varying levels of stress and even different types of stress. There is physical tension which is obviously felt as pressure aches or pains in our body. Then their is emotional stress that affects how we feel and can limit our creative ability how we express ourselves and can if left unchecked completely devastate us. Then there are those nagging thoughts that tell us what we should be doing - thoughts that create a sense of urgency telling us we have limited time and must do something, we must act! If we don't we won't get anywhere or cumulate anything worthwhile or of real importance. It is the concepts we hold about personal growth, people and the world around us - essentially how we perceive the situation that determines all of our actions! Not only that it is our judgements too that create stress! If one can seperate to the best of their ability outer influences and the feelings we experience inside as a result - we can begin to notice more how these factors infuence and direct our lives andd if we choose to and have enough awareness take control of them instead of letting them control us! This is not easy - meditation may help or just becoming more mindful of what is happening inside in relation to what is going on outside. I use Mindspa a meditation device that helps recreate relaxed meditative states there is more info on that here: http://mymindspa.eu Thanks for the article!
